Ruaridh McConnochie has been appointed to begin for England although Owen Farrell captains the group at fly-half.
Last month the McConnochie was first scheduled to start in a pair of World Cup warm-up fittings against Wales, but pulled from both games due to injury.
The Toilet winger will make his debut when England face Italy in their in Newcastle, live on Sky Sports.
Farrell wears the No 10 jersey George Ford chooses his position while Piers Francis begins at inside center.
